Message from Mr. Maus~
I am excited for tomorrow’s Lip Dub! This is one of many requests we have had from 
students to show their school pride.  This is going to be a great event produced by our 
students, for our students. Also, it is great way to finish off a great first semester here at 
OAK PARK! We look forward to showing off our pride & enjoying the last day of 
school together as an OP Family.

*Vicki Baker Scholarship (There is at least one recipient at each district high school.)  *NKC 
SCHOOLS SCHOLARSHIP*  
Deadline: February 14, 2014 to OP Counseling Office 
Former district administrator Dr. Vicki Baker established these scholarships of $1,000 to 
$2,500 help financially disadvantaged students who have overcome adversity to be 
successful in school. Click HERE for Application

*PSAT Test results were distributed today in the Main Auditorium. Please ask your 
student about the scores!

FEBRUARY ACT TEST deadline is just 5 short days after we return from winter break: 
Jan 10th!
If you wish to take a Test Prep class to prepare see the attached flyer. Class starts 
Tuesday, January 21st. Free test prep opportunities can be found at the OPCounseling 
Website.
